Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a reduced Breakfast Club will be operating from Monday 7th September.
Any parent wishing their child to attend should pre-book the required sessions for this half term and ensure that they are paid for, in advance, via SIMS Agora (our online payment system).
Please be advised that children cannot just turn up at Breakfast Club.
Breakfast Club is open to all pupils, every day, from 7.45am-8.40am in the Infant/Junior Hall.
Breakfast is served by Mrs Hinchliffe, Mrs Etches, Mrs Buss, Mrs Jones, Mrs Hallam and Mrs Gilman on a rota basis.
Breakfast Club is located in the Infant/Junior Hall and is attended by pupils from Nursery to Year 6. Pupils socialise whilst eating their nutritional and varied breakfast.
We provide a selection of cereals, toast (wholemeal and white bread), fruit juices, fresh fruit, yoghurt and we often have ham, cheese and fresh/dried fruit to prepare the children for their day at school.
After breakfast, children can participate in activities of their choice; board games, craft activities, colouring, construction, or in fine weather, a game on the field.
At 8.40am the children are escorted to their classrooms by a member of staff for a formal 'handover' to the class teacher for the school day.
The cost of Breakfast Club is £3.00 per child, per day.
Prior to the first Breakfast Club that your child attends, a form should be completed and signed by a parent/carer to inform us of any food allergies / dietary requirements that your child may have.
Childcare vouchers can be used for part/full payment of Breakfast Club fees.
For further information, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Perry in the school office.
