Welcome to the website for Shooters Grove Primary School!

We hope you will find within it information which will enable you to learn about the school of which we are so proud. Shooters Grove is situated in Stannington, which lies on the north western edge of Sheffield. It is equally close to the stunning scenery of The Peak District National Park and to the Supertram link to the city centre. Parents, staff, governors and pupils work together to improve all aspects of school life.

We aim to develop the potential of every child according to their needs and have high expectations of staff and pupils. The teaching and learning provided is of the highest quality. Whilst we consider academic attainment to be an important goal for our pupils, we also consider that enjoyment is a vital ingredient in life! The level of pastoral care is of a high standard and children work in a safe and caring environment where every effort is made to develop each child’s sense of self-worth and well being.
